Hello.
I recently destroyed my Turbo 2. Thankfully I had saved all contacts to Cloud. However I can not get it to show up on my new phone, Moto X Pure Edition. I did try to do the transfer between phones, since I have wifi working on the turbo 2, but it just got hung up and never transferred anything. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Britt

Thank you, but I was on chat a long time with a rep. He tried everything he
knew and it just wouldn't transfer. He told me to just delete the app and
download them to google drive. So that is what I did. I had to manually
enter everything into my phone.

Brittsir-
I'm so sorry to hear about your previous Turbo 2, but so glad that you had your contacts saved to the Cloud, such a life saver! I will be more than happy to assist in making sure that your conacts are transferred successfully. Rather than transfer between two devices, let's try another route. Can you please "start Verizon Cloud", once you go through the set up process and are on the main page, can you please tap the three bars in the upper left hand corner. You are going to select "tools", from there, can you please select "content transfer"? This will then transfer all of your contacts from the Cloud server onto your new phone.
