Since ICS update, changes to the email screens were made. When you want to go to the Trash folder you now have to hit another tab to show all folders and then choose trash to delete your messages. Well I don't know how I did it but in one of my accounts the trash folder id displayed on that first screen but in the other it is not. How did I do that?
After spending about an hour and half on the phone with Verizon and Motorola 2nd level tech support, they still had now answer to my question. Told me there was no way to add the Trash folder to the first folder screen without always opening the Show All Folders tab. Well I guess The know it all people at Verizon and Motorola don't know enough to support there own product. Well any the folder magically appeared after I got off the phone. Only then I can figure is that after so many times of accessing the folder it realizes that it needs to put the folder on the first group of folders.
