I cannot download a driver for my photos on Turbo

Many fails trying to download a driver for my Turbo..All attempts "failed to download".  Windows updates automatically.

Help has arrived  ajh917. We understand the importance of being able to save your photos. Have you tried using apps on your phone to back up photos such as the Verizon Cloud? For more information click, http://vz.to/2bIS4OY Can you clarify the make and model phone you have? Are you attempting to download the driver via USB cord that came with the device?

I have a Motorola DroidTurbo Xt1254 and my photos go to the cloud.  i use an  usb cord to my Gateway PC and no drive appears.  I have downloaded the drive from Motorola website and it fails to download.  I have followed Verizon steps and still no drive appears.
