I cannot view all pictures taken with my Droid Turbo 2. They are black. They are pictures I took of puppies we had. Is there another way I can view them? I went to the store, they told me to contact technical support.
The Droid Turbo 2 is an awesome device, Danielsmom. I love puppies. Let’s test your camera to make sure it is functioning properly. Open the camera and tap anywhere to take a picture. Now lets go to your Gallery app. Is it there? Is it still black? Is there a case that is covering the lens? Let me know. I am here to help.
