I get email and missed calls, but it never shows voicemail. I have to keep calling voicemail to check if there are andy messsages. Anyone else have this happen to them?
When I used to use Verizon voicemail, I never had a problem with it.
However, I have switched to Google Voice for voicemail because I wanted a visual voicemail service and was not willing to pay Verizon's $2.99/month fee for their Visual Voicemail. Seemed kind of ridiculous.
You may want to give Google Voice a try if you continue to have problems with Verizon's voicemail. There are also other apps which provide similar free services, such as YouMail. All are available in the Play Store.
