Droid Razr HD. One month old. Issues with the phone.
- Battery life is horrible. Phone has been off the charger for 3 hrs and 45 mins (after a full charge pver night) with little use using WI-FI for email and FB and battery is at 65%. Bluetooth is off and my screen brightness is at the lowest setting. Battery is SLOW to charge and as I said dies quickly.
- Emails randomly disappear. Sometimes while reading them, and other times when I go back to look for it. They will then just as randomly re-appear. And some deleted emails re-appear back in inbox as unread.
- Camera is inconsistent. Have to take a picture sometimes 3 times to get a good result.
- If I log out of Facebook then my contact pictures disappear and I have to re-sync and often this take several attempts. So now I don't log out but that mans I can't log in with our business FB account updates from my phone.
- Phone loses connection even though it shows 3G or 4 G service or shows connected to WI-FI. Phone has re-started to get it to connect.
- Husband has the same phone and it just died. Phone had approx 75% battery life when it died. Had to do a hard re-start to get phone to turn back on. I found out that this is an inherent problem with these phones.

Any luck with Verizon? I have the same phone and it is a disaster during travel as most of the time it is either dead or asking you to connect your charger.. With slight usage it does not sustain even one day uhh.. I am so tired and sick of this phone.. even my friends have started making fun of me Please let me know what Verizon store ppl said and I will take appropriate steps..

I went to Verizon and a tech specialist agreed that there is a problem but could not diagnose it. He suggested I call tech support from another phone and they can look into things when my cell is off. I called and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I gave up and will call another day.
I wish I had returned the phone. I've had the phone for about 5 weeks.

The return policy is extended for the holidays, i.e,
"You may return or exchange wireless devices and accessories purchased from Verizon Wireless within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of $35 ($70 for netbooks and tablets) applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device (excluding Hawaii).
This return and exchange policy does not apply to customers who have purchased a Prepaid Plan.
Purchases made between November 22 and December 25, 2012 may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2013. All other provisions of Verizon Wireless' Return & Exchange Policy continue to apply, including the restock fee."
