Internal Service Failure

When I open apps, I get the following -" Internal Service Failure... An internal error occurred. This can be caused by a lack of network connectivity. Please make sure you have a good network connection".....however the app opens in the background. It just started doing this. Doesn't matter if I am connected to WiFi or not.

We truly want to see your device back up and running in top condition. Any recent changes to the device since the the issue began? ( ie, new apps, new software, etc )

Sorry guys, the other post for this issue didn't pull when I searched.
I did log off and log back on to...amazon underground - I think it replaced amazon apps.
