For the past week, at least, I've not had connectivity consistently. The 4G symbol is not lighted, and often I'm told that there is no Internet connection, even though I am using wifi. My email won't synch automatically (the password is correct). When I try to open some apps, I get an internal error message, check your Internet connection. The battery is draining much more quickly than it used to. I have an S6.

We want to get your phone back to good health, knittermum! Let's put this week behind us and get back to the good times. Is this occurring everywhere you travel to or somewhere specific? Have you downloaded or updated anything at all on the device? What zip code are you located in? I'm confident we will be able to solve this for you.

No. I see from a chain of other people's concerns that I'm having the same problem others are having after the December update. Everything was fine until then.

knittermum - Having a properly working device is key to enjoying your services with us. We welcome the opportunity to assist you with this matter. Software updates are meant to improve the overall performance of your device as well as add enhancements or new services it may not have previously had. If your device hasn't normalized since the software update, we do recommend backing up the device as follows: http://vz.to/1UmR46s. Once backed up, you can reset it as follows: http://vz.to/1lkKQng
