On my old Android phone, I was able to sync my comccast email folders (inbox, sent, etc.) with the comcast server. On the Razr Maxx HD I do not see this option. Am I missing it or is this feature not available?
Sharon, that's a great question and I want to make sure your folders are restored. Are any of your Comcast folders showing? To view folders, you'll tap the little triangle at the top of the phone next to your email account name. If no folders at all are showing, possibly deleting and re-adding the email account should help this issue as well.
