Is there a way to search on data fields other than "Name" in contacts?

Is there a way to search on data fields in Contacts other than "Name"?    In outlook and my old Blackberry, I could search on any fields, such as City, State, Company Name, Type of contact etc.     I would like to do this with the Razr Maxx.    Help?    

Also,   does anyone know why all not emails come to RAZR Maxx?    Many of the emails that go to my laptop, do not apprear on the Razr.   they are the same email account.   Why are some excluded?

Are you Referring to Setting up Birthdays, V.I.P's, Family Special Days or Events is That Correct ? as for what you can some of yes you can but as for setting up Birthdays an Certain special things, the only way to this is by Going to Gmail an log into your Account an if you have your Contact Synced on your phone with Google you can when your on the Site go to Contacts an do Many different Adjustments there an this will show when you look in on the Contact Like if you want to put you Moms Birthday or your folks Anniversary..

On the Second Question you will want to have Data Push Checked to Help Push the Emails.. But even with that done the Emails on Black Berries come on the Device in a little better or faster Way.. and it's because the way BB has it's Email Servers set Up But once you get Use to Android and your Maxx you will Like.. b33

When you use the search feature on your device the search engine should automatically search all fields available...  Are you using the Google search option are the phone dailers search option?.

As for email, the account usually only sync a number pf days you specify in the app, are the emails that are missing received before the sync limits date?

Also remember that the email app syncs only the inbox by default, if the messages are in another folder you have to set the account to sync those folders also/
