Phone locked up cant turn off not sure whats up? Any ideas
Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.
Lock button and volume buttons at same time for about 15 seconds. This will hard-boot the phone, which is rarely but sometimes necessary with the MAXX, since there is no removable battery. After a hard-boot, the phone should go back to normal.
