I lost the favorites widget that pulls down to display your top 20 favorite contacts. When I launch Widgets and select Favorite I get the message: Only one favorite contact widget may be added.
Would anyone know how to add back my favorites widget?

Are you running stock or have you either 1) rooted your phone 2) added a different launcher (e.g., ADW or GO Launcher)?
If you haven't modified it, first power the phone down, then back on. Try again.
Next try going to where it used to be, press and drag to the trash can. It's possible it's there but has just disappeared for some wonky reason.
If that doesn't work, try booting in Safe Mode and seeing if you still get the error. You won't lose any data doing this, but they might not be visible to you because it will only load essential applications.
If that doesn't work, backup your data and call Verizon. The next step I can think of would be a Factory Rest. You will lose data if you do this (which is why I say backup) and they might know of another step. But if not, you're prepared to follow their instructions if you already have your phone backed up.
