I have a Droid Razr Maxx HD. It suddenly stopped sending and receiving pictures at all. I can't find anything in the settings, I need HELP!!!
Ahh! I can't imagine being without text messages that's really the only way I communicate with friends and family. Let's get these text messages flying out.
Are other services such as calls and data working? I would start off by toggling airplane mode. If this doesn't lead to positive results please remove and reinsert the SIM.
Let's also ensure you're on the latest software by heading into Settings > About Phone > System updates.

I don't know if your issue is resolved but I have that problem too and using a third party messaging app fixed my problem.

Install to your device or search it on your phone in the Play Store. Like I said, this worked for me, I do not know if it will for you but it is worth a try.
