MMS issue

Hi,

I cannot send or recieve picture messages.

If I send one I get a green arrow under the message like it went thru but then a awhile later I get a red X saying it failed.

I also cant recieve mms messages.

I can get text messages but if a pic is attached it will ask me repeatedly to download but they never come thru.

I called VZW and they said I had some blocks on my accouint for premium messaging so we took them off and rebooted the phone and still no dice.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have my 3G data turned on.

How do you turn on your 3G when the phone is a 4G?

I use SMS Pro for messaging (sms and MMS) It works great, and if anyone your send ing to uses it also you can do even more

cool things. I don't have any problems sending and recieving on network or wifi,
