I GOT BILLED $320.00. WHY WAS IT SO HIGH I CANT GET AHOLD OF A VERIZON MEMBER TO HELP ME WITH IT. I WANT TO KNOW WHY OUR BILL WAS SO HIGH.. ITS 100 A PIECE FOR MINE AND MY HUSBANDS PHONE. I BOUGHT ABOUT 5 RINGBACK TONES COMBO($4.95 FOR RINGBACK AND RINGTONE) AND MY HUSBAND BOUGHT 1. SO WHY WAS MY BILL SO DANG HIGH.

From your My Verizon, click on print bill and a new window will open up with a PDF of your detailed bill.

$100 a piece for each phone is that Correct.? what is the Plan your On be specific if you can and Remember we can try to help but on this forum we can't look into your Billing Account as a Verizon Rep.can Do..
If you want to Get a Hold of Customer Service here is there Number..
Call 1-800-922-0204 And go to Billing you could also Try option 3 that is Tech Services but they can help there as Well and Look over your Bill..
