Can someone please help me with this stupid backup assistant. Verizon is making me crazy. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and it brought back all my OLD contacts. I don't see these contacts in my google account, under contacts. I looked all over the verizon website which prompted me to download backup assistant plus software, which doesn't appear to have anything to do with contacts, just media.

All I want to do is edit the contacts that are on my phone and that are backed up...

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience of the hard reset and missing contacts! Lets look into this, BCLapper!

If you login to vzw.com and go to the contacts, can you view the current list there? Do you know how the contacts were saved before the hard reset? Have you ever saved the contacts to the SD card? Keep me posted!
