Periodically when i use voicemail the phone will completely lock up. Today not only did it initially lock up but has totally turned off and I can not get it to turn back on. THe more I use this phone the less I like it.
Gordon, I'm disappointed to hear that you aren't enjoying your RAZR MAXX. I think it's a great device and want you to love it! It's been several days since your post so I'm hoping the phone has turned on. Are you still having issues with voicemail causing your phone to power off? Is this while using Visual Voicemail (VVM) or dialing voicemail from the speed dial? If VVM, clear cache from the application Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, All, Visual Voicemail, Clear data/cache.
Let me know if you are still having these issues so we can troubleshoot further.

He may have to a Factory Reset if he can't get it On or Or Replace it With a New one witch in this case sounds like his best Bet..Unfortunately he's probably past his 14 day Return to get a new Unit..
