Maxx wont let me add a ringtone

When i go to my music app I can play my ringtone. However, the menu choices dont include add as a ringtone. I can play, play next, play on another device, etc... but no add as a ringtone.

From page 313 of the Android Manual:

You can use a song as your phone ringtone, in place of one of the ringtones that come with the phone.

• Touch & hold a song in a library list. In the menu that opens, touch Use as phone ringtone.

OR

• On the Playback screen, press Menu and touch Use as ringtone.
