When listening to apps such as MLB app and Slacker radio the apps shut down when the phone goes into sleep or lock mode. What do I need to do to fix this?

We have found that these Apps and a few others don't offer the support to remain active when the phone goes into sleep or lock mode. We encourage customers to report the problem directly to the developer in hopes that it will be fixed in future updates. To do that just go into the application and locate "Settings." The option to "Report a problem" will be available so you can leave your feedback. Slacker Radio has the feature where you can leave display on while connected to a power source. This can also be found in Settings and you have the option to activate.
