Hello,
I keep getting the above message when I try to send an image or a gif. As it turns out people can not send me Media files either. I have been dealing with this ever since my wife moved me from a prepaid plan to a group plan.
I have switched out the sim a couple times, replaced the phone which helped for a while, as well as spend hours m(ore than a full work day) on the phone with first and second line support. When I say hours that also includes three hours in a verizon store on the phone with support.
There has to be a simple solution to this but no one seems to have it. And worse, because it's an intermittent issue no one initially believes me.
Any help would be appreciated

We have our engineers working diligently to get this resolved as quick as possible! As of right now we do not have an ETA on the resolution time. We are sorry for the inconvience this is causing! We are currently experiencing system-wide issues that include but are not limited to activations, features and plans. The images and GIF are part of these features we are working on getting back up and going as quickly as possible.

Its been two weeks. It's frustrating because no one can tell me why this is happening nor when it will be resolved.
