Mobile hot spot keeps turning off

Every time I start Mobile Hot Spot it turns itself off.  I can't figure out how to keep it turned on.  I've checked the timeout feature and set it all the way to NEVER turn off.  Not helping.  It literally starts turning off as soon as it completes turning on. Smiley Sad

Figured it out.  Remove the sim-card, replace, restart.  Done Smiley Happy

I am new at posting here.So what is a mobile hot spot?  It allows you to connect to something?  So-let's dig in deeper. I see you can post in here.  So now you are validated.So=now,next steps.  Is yer device charged?
