Whats going on with the text messages and the new white screen?? Ever since the update, I cannot send a text to my groups I have set up and my contacts screen is now white. Verizon support, where you at???

I'm here, and I'm all ears! (Smile) I want to ensure your device is sending texts as expected. Are you using the default messaging application that comes preloaded on the device, or are you using a 3rd party messaging application you downloaded from the play store? I stopped by a Verizon Store a few days ago and the guy called tech support for me. Apparently my ability to send group text messages was wiped out by an update I received a few days after I bought the phone. Tech support told me there was nothing that could be done and they were sorry. So now I have a brand new phone with a 2 year contract that I can't use for group text messages. Was the tech support guy right?? I have a Razor M.

You have Jelly Bean right? Try this.
click on the People icon at the bottom of your homepage. Now up at the top, do you have "Groups, People, Favorites"?
If you do, can you set up Coworker, Family, Friends, groups, under the Group heading?
Yes, Jelly Bean. I do have "Groups, People, Favs" and I do have the Coworker, Family, Friends, option.
I tried to set up a group under friends but when I type a name in, the name from my contacts does not automatically come up like you would think. When I tried to save it, it just got rid of the name and showed 0 saved in my Friends.
