Been trying to figure out if its possible to go into a store, pay for the customized phone via Deferred Payment Plan, and be able to buy a phone on MotoMaker?

Very good question. I would say no just purely based off the fact that it's not the same price. By that I mean the price says "Starting at $49.99" so it seems that the price varies depending on how you customize the phone. I would double check with the store though, anything is possible.
I've been looking to buy it Off-Contract, so I'm just looking for the 32GB device, it seems the customization doesn't matter with that.
