Moto X 2014 Bugs

Hi, for the most part my Moto X 2014 has been great and I'm very happy with the changes made to the 5.0 version.  However, there have been some bugs that occasionally mar the experience and I'm wondering if there is an update coming at some point?

One of the worst is a state where it rings but won't show the answer options (insteads shows the lock/Moto notification screen) and I have to let the call go to voicemail and call the person back after I unlock. Another is where I tell it to perform an action (perhaps in response to a notification) and it will start flashing between the screen I was on and the lock/notification screen.
