Keyword to their knowledge. That could mean Motorola is working on it and has not submitted anything to them so they do not know. Has anyone tried the FCC with Motorola to see what they say?

Food for thought. If it was pulled during beta testing that means it was never submitted to Verizon. That happens after the soak test.

Last I heard there is a soak test that I never was invited to try that's going on for the XT1060 then everything went ghost again...

robmalegia try to update your Moto X1 again...i checked for an update today and Android 5.1 was available as a two-part download. i downloaded and installed it today. verizon may be gradually rolling it out.

If the X1 doesn't get Lollipop 5.0 5.1 or 5.1.1. I guess I'll be vulnerable to the Stagefright hack for the next year since I got my X1 in 2014 before the X2 ever came out
