When I use motocast on my Razr runs smooth and perfect but as soon as I leave the music library or the picture gallery it crashes on my computer so I ahve to go back to my comp. restart the program and solutions?
Very strange, and frustrating I'm sure. MotoCast is a great feature but not if your computer crashes when you use it. I have a few questions that will hopefully help point us in the right direction.
MotoCast has had some updates and I'm wondering if you may need them. For my Windows machine it's on version 1.2.8. Right click on the icon in your computer's taskbar and choose About MotoCast to see your version. Also click on Check for Updates to make sure you are on the latest version. What is your MotoCast version?
On your phone, go to Menu>Settings>About Phone and click on System updates to see if you've gotten the latest Razr update. My System version is 6.12.173 and Android version 2.3.6. Are your versions the same?
Also, are you rooted?
