Less than a month ago, my MotoZPlay can't send text to random contacts - I have seen online many others having the same problem. Has there been a fix yet?Moto Z
SCOMAY24, being able to send and receive texts with your Moto Z Play Smartphone is vitally important. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. I've also noticed your reference to viewing information about other Moto Z Play device users experiencing this issue. At present, we're not showing this to be a known issue with this model phone. Can you tell us what happens when you try sending texts from your mobile device to random contacts? Do you mind sharing the source of your information with our team? We'd certainly like to get to the bottom of this matter. What messaging app are you using? (e.g. Verizon Messages Plus, the messaging app included with your device, another messaging app, etc.) Are you experiencing issues receiving text messages from your contacts? - RobertC_VZW
