Motocast worked great for one day sending pics to my email address automatically then it quit altogether. When on phone library of pics that are on PC that works great but just not sending anymore even though it shows that it is sending. Nothing there in email

Good afternoon! I would to help make your MotoCast experience better. MotoCast Wireless allows you to access your computer’s media and files directly from your Android phone or tablet without having to transfer them directly to your device or upload them to a public server first. This is all possible using the MotoCast software downloaded to your PC or Mac. In order for the sync to work properly, the MotoCast software on the PC or Mac must be running and there must be an Internet connection, of course. I recommend ensuring the software is running and up-to-date.
Motorola also has online support for MotoCast assistance.

Everything up to date and connected to computer, like I tried to explain it was all working and now when I take pictures it shows it is sending to my email address but nothing in email. It did work for the first two days of using it. I can open up Motocast on phone and it shows all my photos and Vids on computer it just wont send from phone anymore through motocast on quick upload to PC. Checked email address and thats good and connected to wireless connection my home and shows it is sending but nothing delivered to PC. Thank you
