You can rip your home music to mp3 format, then upload to you phone, I don't they (ringtones) are limited to certain size or time length anymore, so you maybe to use a whole song, unedited, as a ringtone. Try it, I am going to now just to see. I have a Razr M too, Love it.

I thought you could maybe use the usb cord, you cant. How you do that is you will have to remove your sd card and insert it into a memory card reader, using a micro SD card adapter,of some kind that is attached to your computer, create a folder call music on the sd card. then download all your mp3's to that folder. Take the songs you want as ringtones, move/copy them to the ringtone folder(either on SD card or Device Storage), they will show up as ringtone every you look to add one to a contact..

To delete ringtones is the same process as music, except you will tap on ringtone folder.

To delete, use the app Files, once it is open, tap on device storage, scroll down to music, tap on music, in the lower right corner you will see three dots that are vertical, tap on them, then tap on select items, then tap on the songs you want deleted, so they are highland, then look on screen for a garbage/trash can, tap on that and they will be deleted. Sorry for punctuation..(LOL)
