Move apps and ringtones

How do you transfer purchased apps and ringtones from one phone to another? Need to move them from a Droid X to a Droid RAZR

Apps purchased through the Play Store will be available for you to download once you sign into the new phone with the same Gmail account.

I usually use a computer transfer to copy or move purchased Ringtones mp3 files from one android phone to another.
