My 4g has been gone for almost two months

Has anyone been having problems getting 4g. The first month I had my phone I always had 4g, phone was working lightning fast. Then all of a sudden all I can get is 3g. 4g has not been seen on my phone for about 2 months now. I know the 3g is still good but the whole reason I upgraded to this instead of an Iphone is for the 4g. I could have paid 100 less and got an iphone. This really blows, I have gone into my setting and mate sure I am on the LTE/CDMA setting. I dont know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Call Customer Service 1-800-922-0204 option 3 and Ask a Tech if there Working on the Towers in you Area Tell them were Location is you had Good 4G and Now it's down to 3G Have them Fully look through you Customer Profile and Account there may be something that causing the not to read the Signal. So that's what i would do have it Checked it Don't Cost ya nothing. I will Recommend this If you have another Phone you can Use that be Great.. That way they can Trouble Shoot your Device that is Having the Issue..Good Luck b33

I agree with B33 that you should call CS...
Actually you should not have allowed it to go that long as a issue because basically if a problem exist Verizon can not resolve it if they have no knowledge of the problem.
Call CS and see what they can do to resolve your issue.
