Anyone know how to turn on the phone after screen goes black. Seems to be frozen or something. After a call when they hung up screen went
black and now won't turn on.....Any suggestions?
Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that will reboot the phone.

Gamma531, is your phone still frozen? I'm sorry this happened. I hope its working now, but if its not, please try a Hard Reset, as it may be the only thing your phone will respond to. Here are the steps to do so: http://vz.to/Yg68Th If the phone is completely frozen, you will need to do the Alternate Method. Hopefully this will be the fix! Please keep us posted.
