My Razor Maxx stopped working after a phone call.

I answered a call last night and when I was going to hang up my screen was black but the icons on the bottom of the screen are lit up. I can't turn it off  or get the screen to work. I plugged it in to charge it and the background came on but when trying to unlock it by touching the sreen there is no response. This also happend when recieving a text this morning the background came on, but I couldn't unlock it . Nothing seems to be working. Any advise on what is wrong?

Hold both the volume down and power button at the same time for about 10 seconds, this will do a soft reboot of the phone.

  No problem, it happens from time to time, the phone will just "Lose it".. I used to just pull the battery when my old phone did it, but you can't with the RAZR. I have yet to have to do it, but I made sure I know how just in case.

Thank you for the advice! The same thing happened to me this morning so I looked through the discussion group and found this bit of advice and now my phone is working again! Smiley Happy
