My Razr Maxx HD will not send small .3gp MMS Videos.    The phone says video format not supported and it is the format option for video message.

I love taking videos. Let's get this fixed so you can get back to sending videos. These are the video formats that are available.

H.263
H.264
MPEG-4
VC-1
VP 8
WMV

Please try a different format and retest.
