My Razr is stuck! Android is upgrading... starting applications...

I got the "little black box" that said it needed to update so I clicked okay.  Now it's been stuck for over two hours!  I tried shutting down, no luck.  Can't use volume buttons or on/off button.  What can I try next?

  Press and hold the power button and the volumn down button for up to 10 seconds.
