My Razr maxx just died,,, I had this happen 1 time b 4 but it came right back on!!! what do I do!!!????
See if you can get any response from it by hooking it up to it's charger. If not pull the Sim leave it out for about a min. then Re-Install it. Then try Re powering it Up. Let me know if that Helped. B33

Were you still having a power issue with your Razr Maxx? Did B33 suggestions work? Please plug the device into the wall charger for 4 hours then attempt to power on the device.

My RAZR MAZZ just died. Won't power back on or anything - just got it on 5/22 so I've only had it a little over a month. What should I do?
Susan Put it On the Charger and leave it on it for at Least 2 hours and See what it does you can tap the Power Button and it Should show a Big Battery in the Display of were it's at on the Battery Level. But give that a Try and See if that Works Good Luck too Ya.. b33
My razr has a message that says "Sorry! The process com.motorola.service.main has stopped unecpectedly. Please try again. Then it says Force Close
The screen is frozen and I cannot do anything with it. Some one please help me. I went to the Verizon store and they are closed. My phone is unusable.
