report it to Verizon (you also may want to report it to your local Police Dept.)

If you have the insurance on your phone of any kind you will need a police report number which the police can give you to report to your insurance for replacement of your phone.  Reporting it to VZW will stop any phone calling, texts etc on the phone.

I'm sorry to learn your device was stolen. You can suspend service using vzw.com/myverizon or by contacting us at 800-922-0204. If you have insurance, you can file a claim on phoneclaim.com/verizon with Asurion. Please keep me posted if you need additional assistance.
