My phone wont charge.. help?!

So Ive always used the usb hooked up to computer to charge my razr... i only use that extra ppart if im gone somewhere... i used it last saterday and now i cant find it. i went to charge my phone (with the computer..) which has worked GREAT every other night.. and now my phone wont charge.. it is completly dead and if and when it does turn on its only for a little bit. ive even gone so far as to try other chargers and they dont work but it says that its charging... im getting really frustrated because the first razr i had kicked the bucket in a week and i had to send for a new one... ive probably had this one just as long.

it has been 4 hours of me trying to charge this stupid thing... please help!!

You may need a replacement tayjane, on the plus side it would be free and tech would walk you through everything, they would send a like new replacement but at least it's free:-)

Have you tried using a wall socket instead? If you do a search on charging problems, you will probably find that charging a phone using a computer is the worst way to charge a phone. 1) computers do not generate enough power to give a good charge, 2) It takes almost 24 hours to charge a phone using a computer. I strongly advice you to go back to using a wall plug to do your charging. It's not the phone, it's the method of charging the phone.

Tayjane i would Definitely give what Mortb suggested a Try i have over. It's a hole safer and better charging with the Charger that came with it in the Box..
