I was checking my vm and when I tried to push 7 to delete my phone would not do anything. It would not even hang up, so I pushed the lock button and was going to try that but now it is just a black screen and will not do anything. I have tried plugging it in and hold the button on the side. Nothing is working and I have no phone. Please someone help.

try holding the power button and volume down button simultaneously for 15-30 seconds
