I have to turn my phone off and turn it back on to get to the home screen help!
I updated to lollipop but don't know if this has anything to do with my problem. If I look at a text I am stuck in the text, I can't go back, can't go home, must turn the droid turbo off and back on. When it comes on it comes on on the home screen so I can do anything from there but I can never go back or home after I go somewhere. This is soooo frustrating. Help!
Let's get your soft keys moving again, tw33k! Had you downloaded or installed any other apps/updates when this began? Has there been any damage or liquid exposure to the device?
