Network issues anyone??

Ok so last Wednesday I stopped by the Verizon store because my RAZR that is not even a year old was acting up.  I let her use the phone and she could quickly see the problems that I was describing to her....slow reaction time, pressing one widget and something else popping up, random popups and the ever dreaded...Network Error! Please Check the Network.  She called Verizon and was advised, of course to do a hard reset and then spend hours reloading everything back on my phone.  Of course this really didn't fix my problems and I continue to get error messages, some of my phone calls have horrible reception and the phone is basically possessed most of the time.  Not really sure why this started over the last few weeks, but it did and now I am trying to use a phone for work that is nor really working.  I drive a lot for my job in rural areas and need my phone in case of emergency.  I typically love Verizon and the service, but right now not so happy.

Anyone else having network problems or similar problems?  They have implemented 4G all around me (feeling kind of neglected) so I am still on 3G, but I don't think that is the problem since I have been on 3G all along.  Also had not added any new apps before this started, but not sure which ones have recently updated or changed off the top of my head as I have that all set to auto update.

I haven't called back customer service at this time because frankly I just have not had the time to sit on the phone with them.  Any suggestions?

Kelly have you updated you Razr to I.C.S the reason i ask my one Maxx that has Ginger has had some slight issues and i think it's do to not Updating) But if you have you might want to check what the Network setting is on if on Global set it to LTE/CDMA and see if this clear some of the Issues. And you might Try Motorola's Restore Connectivity App i use it and it helps when the Phone brain ferts on the Signal and using the app gets it back. But usually a Factory Reset helps that is Unless she the Rep Messed something up..

Yes I updated months ago to ICS.  As far as the connectivity app, that is for 4G, and I live in a 3G area, so don't think that is the problem.  The factory reset did not fix my problems when it was completed. I will try the CDMA/LTE and see if that helps anything.  Thanks.
