Not sure if anyone else is having this problem (issue?)...About 2 weeks ago, my Droid Maxx apparently had some sort of update (it did that update thing where your phone powers down on its own, etc.). Afterwards, my phone wouldn't type common contractions, i.e. "don't", "they're", "you're". It used to auto-correct these words if I just typed them with no apostrophe. Now they appear in the suggestion box, but I have to manually select it. Otherwise it types the contraction as an abbreviated phrase, in all-caps (THEYRE, DONT, YOURE). It's seriously annoying as all heck, and I've tried everything from telling my phone to behave to editing my personal dictionary, to creating shortcuts, etc. Nothing works. What the...? Anyone else having this issue? Know how to fixify it? Thanks in advance!
