No BS...Did ANYONE not in the soak get it yet???

I've been reading through all of these threads here and elsewhere, and I can only see (maybe) 2 people that have it. As we all know, Verizon will put their spin on it and lead us all to believe that it's available to the masses, which we know it is not...or is it?? Tell me, I would like to know...I've been looking at the VZW tweets, and these idiots all say the same thing when anyone asks about the update: "We started pushing it OTA on the 22nd to all users"...which is simply not true...I guess I'm just frustrated and anxious...

And before someone tries to be magnanimous and say something like "you don't buy a phone for what it will be, you buy it for what it is" - save it! I was told in December that with the update that was coming "next month" (that being January at the time), I bought this phone for what it IS, and what it was PROMISED to be...in this day when your phone is outdated by the time you walk out of the VZW store, that was a major selling point for me (as well as the super fast 4G network which is sketchy at best in my area...I can watch the battery meter drop trying to hold onto that 4G signal)...promises, promises...

Sorry for the rant, but if anyone has it (which I doubt) that wasn't in the soak or dl on a rooted phone, let us know how you got it...

I checked out your link, and I can't find anyone that says they have it...it's pages and pages of "Nopes" and "Not yets"...where did you read that non-soakers had it?

Promises allot of times falls on Deph ears i was told when i got my phone our Area would have 4G a short time after that O  that time came a gone and now it may be November or Dec. And when i was 16 i was promised a car but that changed too Dad told me to get off my Duff an go work for it..So you see we don't always get what we want.. but i'm with ya i cant wait till it comes too..and 4G..b33

As long as I have been a customer of VZW, I have seen their updates come out in stages, where even the person next to me with the same device would update before I could. This is probably the same scenario. Patience, man. It will happen.

Plus the simultaneous video/pictures, which I really want for July 4th. Folders don't look like complete garbage. Better organized home screen. Data usage, especially since the current widget doesn't work for me. Better browser. Webtop 3, which is awesome. Better voice commands. SCREENSHOTS, which I've always wanted. Time laspe, face unlock. And it looks way better.

Anyway, if you really don't care about the ICS update, why are you looking into these posts?

Webtop 3 is nice because you don't need a dock anymore. i like how i can enter in words by speech and it will display the words as i speak them. Other than a few things it is the same. If you have waited this long, you might as well wait for the OTA version to come out.

Ok, back to the question...does anyone have the update?

The lack of information is just unbelievable...The "stock" answers from VZW are frustrating, and we only have ourselves to rely on for information - and as a "community", we are leading each other astray...VZW Twitter says it's a full roll out (go read their tweets in response to ICS questions), and Moto says not...so once again I pose the question:

Anyone not part of the soak get it yet?

My God, I've got to stop letting this update rule my life!

Yes. I got it yesterday on my Razr. I'm ASSUMING that this isn't against the arbritrarily enforced "TOS" I got it OTA just like you will(eventually)
Just so you know, it's nice, really nice but there are some issues that will crop up. I'm getting a bit of a performance 'stutter' or hang up at times. The Face Unlock is REALLY cool but slow and not wholly accurate and fails over to the PIN unlock which I'm begining to think I prefer.
