In this order:
1. Try a soft reset. Hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds. Will the phone charge now?
2. Try another charger and cable. Make sure the wall outlet is powered.
3. Take a look at
and call Motorola for a battery replacement.
Or if the phone is still within the warranty period call Verizon Support.

I have had this same problem multiple times with my razr also. It seems like my phone eats chargers, i have been through 6 or so chargers since i have gotten my phone( less then a year ago), two are from verizon and others are from previous motorola droids i have owned. Dont know if it is just my phone or if all are like this

Crackineggs, thanks for sharing your issue. That does sound very strange that your phone is eating your chargers! I haven't seen this issue before with the Droid RAZR. What exactly happens with the chargers? Is the port breaking off or do they just stop working? One thing I suggest is to limit use of your phone while connected to the charger if possible. If you're talking on the phone, texting, using internet, etc while connected to the charger, that can cause the charger port on both the phone and the charger to become loose.
Let me know if you're currently having any issues with your charger.

I had a similar problem with my RAZR maxx. The original charger that came with the phone just stopped working less than six months in to ownership. I ended up going to Target and getting a generic usb with micro-usb cable wall charger that has been working for the past four months for me. On a possibly similar subject however, I have had trouble using my phone while it's charging. When I touch the screen to use the phone (i.e. open an app, or send a text) the screen thinks I'm touching somewhere else. It's completely frustrating (nearly impossible) trying to send a text if my phone is on the charger. Has anyone else had this problem? This is my second RAZR maxx and both of them have had the same problem.
