On Line Album

Hello Everybody

I'm a new user and need to find the location of My On Line Album.  I wanted to save some pictures of Family members from Facebook. When I did that, it asked if I wanted to send them to my on line album, I said yes.  I was instructed to come to the verizon website and now I can find them, someone please help me

I'm not familiar with saving pictures from Facebook, but there are two places where they may be.

  1. In Facebook albums.  You'll have to logon to Facebook and look at your photo albums to see if they are there.
  2. In Verizon Backup assistant.  Logon to MyVerizon and look at Manage and Store Media or Backup Assistant.

I don't use Backup Assistant since its a pita, but use Google+, Picasa, Dropbox, Box, etc. instead.
