Just moved from Blackberry to Android today, trying to figure out the easiest/most efficient way to set up sync between my Outlook calendar/contacts on my PC and the Droid Razr Maxx. Any input/advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no easy/most efficient way. Some folks sync via Google, others use third-party software like Companion Link or Android Sync. There isn't a native way to do it.

Congrats on the jump to a new phone CynBurns! Good news, with an Android there's no more need to plug the phone in and sync to Outlook because Android syncs contacts & calendar with your Google account wirelessly. If you do need to import your Outlook contacts to Google, there's a great how-to from Google available at http://bit.ly/UMjeJN. There's also Google's Calendar Sync http://bit.ly/y8urLJ that allows you to sync your Outlook Calendar to your Google calendar, which already automatically syncs to your phone.
Since you made a leap from Blackberry to Android, you may find our Wireless Workshops http://bit.ly/oc2kd5 helpful with the transition. There's online and in-store options for everyone.
