Phone Freezes up, lost email and other issues

I have had my phone about a month now. All of a sudden it can not contact my email account, it says there is a Authentication issue, my password has not changed, nothing has bee reset, WTHeck?
Also, The phone freezes up, literally, noting works, I can't shut it off or anything. I have to set it aside and let the battery drain which takes hours and then fully charge it and it will start working again....another WTHeck. Any ideas'? Clues? I use my phone a lot, and am hating it right now, since it is froze AGAIN!!!

I can tell why you are upset by this.
Have you already tried to delete the email account and have it re-added. If the device should freeze again, you don't have to let the battery die, instead you can perform a soft reset

If your phone is constantly freezing, you should also clear cache and I'm sure these steps will help with your phone.

They replaced the phone, not happy about paying for a new phone, to be replaced with a refurbished phone either. And this one, isn't the same. At least my email wirks now, but the phone still does odd things

Lacy it sound like a Factory Data Reset needs to be Done on your Razr if your un-easy doing one i suggest calling on a Separate phone Customer Service 1-800-922-0204 option 3 witch is Tech services and have them walk you through it. Or by stopping by your Local Corporate Store they can F.D.R. it...Good luck b33
