Suggestions for Galaxy S4 that suddenly died? Just had motherboard replaced a couple of months ago. Could it be battery?
Jamjulie, that's not a good situation to be in. We are always here to help you out and I want to just that. First, I need some information. What happens when you try to turn on the device? Does it indicate charging at all? (LED charging indicator) Have you tried using an alternate battery or charger?
