I have a Razr Maxx and today it turned off for no apparant reason. I tried to turn it on but nothing. I also tried resetting it by holding down the volume buttons and power button but also got absolutely nothing. Before it shut off I had almost a full battery. When I plug it into the wall outlet the led on the front flashes white and then the screen shows the motorolla logo. After that, it goes to the battery charging screen as if the battery were completely dead. It just sits there at zero percent forever. I tried turning it on after and hour and still nothing, tried a reset again and same result.
Any thoughts?
Yep, CLN time. Either take it back into the store or, if you have another phone call Verizon Tech support and they will go through the soft reset, hard reset and the attempt to access it remotely. Once that doesn't do any good they will ship you a CLN (certified
