Sometimes during phone calls with my daughter, who has an iPhone 10, our call will switch over to RTF texting. She has to do something on her end to get the call back to voice. Neither of us has been able to find a way to get this to stop. It only happens on calls to each other, but these are our longest calls. I have a Moto Z. It has been going on for a couple of years, and both of us have replaced our phones during this time. I don't see anything on the board about this, but we would like to find some way to turn this off, no matter which phone is the culprit. Thank you.
We always want to make sure that you are able to stay connected during calls. Especially when it comes to talking with our family. Can you please clarify what you are saying happens?
